Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide Surgical Technologists in Georgia the opportunity to grow through continuing education, legislation, and marketing. By networking with other health care professionals, we will ultimately contribute to the care of our surgical patients.
Our Vision
GASA's success in strengthening the profession of Surgical Technology will be achieved with the strongest efforts of the Board and members to reach every Surgical Technologist within our state. By growing stronger together, we will promote the profession among our peers while enlightening the public, various professional and healthcare organizations, and state legislative bodies of the vital role that the Surgical Technologist plays in the improvement and sustainment of quality patient care within the state of Georgia.
